Job Description

The Customer Success & Service Representative at Niyis.co.uk plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional communication, customer satisfaction, and smooth order fulfilment across our e-commerce and retail operations.

This role is designed for someone who is proactive, organised, and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting the warehouse and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.

NOTE: This is a Hybrid Role (you make be required to come to the office from time to time)

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Communication

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and live chat within a 24-hour SLA.
  • Resolve issues relating to orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, substitutions, and product enquiries.
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-driven communication at all times.
  • Monitor customer sentiment and escalate complex cases to management when required.
  • Handle complaint resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Order Management & Operations Support

  • Liaise with the warehouse team to resolve order discrepancies, missing items, substitutions, delays, or stock issues.
  • Review daily order lists, flag anomalies, and ensure orders are correctly picked, packed, and dispatched.
  • Track orders via couriers and proactively update customers on order status.
  • Assist with creating, updating, and following through on purchase orders where required.
  • Manage out-of-stock communications and propose alternatives to customers.

Customer Success & Experience

  • Maintain and improve customer retention by providing an exceptional customer journey.
  • Help build internal processes that reduce repetitive issues and improve service quality.
  • Monitor customer reviews across Google, Trustpilot, and social platforms; follow up on issues promptly.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect the Niyis brand’s tone, professionalism, and values.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues until fully completed.

Data, Reporting & Administration

  • Log all issues, resolutions, and customer feedback for tracking and analysis.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on customer issues, trends, order errors, courier issues, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with management to update FAQs, customer templates, and service workflows.
  • Assist with inventory communication, low-stock alerts, and product updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦130,00.00 per month

  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
