Job Description
An Insurance Branch Manager drives sales growth, oversees daily operations, and ensures regulatory compliance while managing staff performance. Key responsibilities include hitting sales targets, training employees, managing budgets, and providing high-quality customer service. This role typically requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets and grow the client base.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff; ensure agents achieve their performance goals and receive commissions.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including client record maintenance, premium payments, and policy renewals.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies to minimize risk and maintain low loss ratios.
- Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering local relationships.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, control expenses, and monitor financial performance metrics.
