Job Description
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive office environment.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff or management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and courier services.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Support procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to different departments.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
