Executive Responsibilities

Clinical Governance, Quality & Safety

  • Framework Leadership: Direct the clinical governance framework across all clinics and hospitals to ensure institutional excellence.
  • Standards & SOPs: Develop and approve evidence-based clinical policies and SOPs to ensure standardized care delivery.
  • Risk & Incident Management: Oversee patient safety initiatives, including root cause analysis and proactive clinical risk mitigation.
  • Audit & Improvement: Design clinical audit programs using data-driven insights to improve care efficiency and patient outcomes.

Operational Performance & Strategic Growth

  • Network Oversight: Provide strategic management for multiple primary healthcare clinics and specialized service lines.
  • Scaling & Expansion: Support the optimization of care models and clinical operations to facilitate sustainable network expansion.
  • Inter-departmental Synergy: Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure clinics run efficiently, safely, and with consistent service delivery.

Financial Accountability & Profitability

  • P&L Management: Hold executive responsibility for clinical budgets and financial performance across the entire network.
  • Cost & Revenue Optimization: Drive cost-control initiatives and revenue growth strategies without compromising the quality of ethical care
  • Sustainability Goals: Align clinical operations with the organization’s long-term profitability and growth objectives.

Regulatory Compliance & Professional Leadership

  • Accreditation Lead: Ensure 100% compliance with healthcare licensing, regulatory standards, and international accreditation requirements.
  • Clinical Mentorship: Provide professional leadership and mentorship to clinic heads and senior clinicians to maintain high professional standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Financial Impact: Achievement of clinical budget targets and reduction in avoidable clinical waste.
  • Clinical Excellence: Compliance rate with approved guidelines and a measurable reduction in preventable adverse events.
  • Governance: Successful completion of internal and external audits with full regulatory compliance.
  • Network Consistency: Standardization and performance consistency across all healthcare facilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Medical degree (MBBS, Nursing, or Allied Health).
  • Advanced Training: Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or Clinical Governance is preferred.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of clinical experience, including senior leadership over multiple facilities or service lines.
  • Core Competency: Proven ability to manage clinical operations performance, budgets, and cost control while maintaining clinical excellence.
