Job Title: Porters at Hartleys Supermarket & Stores

Location: Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island or Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the Floor: Keep the sales floor, aisles, and entryways clean and clear of hazards.
• Stock Support: Assist with unloading deliveries and moving stock from the warehouse to the floor.
• Cart Management: Ensure shopping carts and baskets are collected and sanitized for customer use.
• Waste Management: Handle cardboard recycling and ensure disposal areas are tidy.
• Customer Service: Offer a friendly “hello” and help customers find items when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet, lifting crates, and moving equipment throughout your shift.
• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to dive in.
• Safety-First Mindset: You understand the importance of a “Wet Floor” sign and proper lifting techniques.
• Team Player: You’re happy to jump in and help your colleagues whenever a hand is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification required.
• Great attention to detail and confidence
