About Us

Juvante Group is a growing bespoke furniture design and manufacturing company based in Lekki, Lagos. We specialize in custom furniture production and installation. We are seeking a practical and reliable Assistant Site Supervisor to support site operations and furniture installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day site operations and furniture installation works

Assist in coordinating installers and site workers

Take accurate site measurements using tape measures and basic tools

Read and understand basic drawings, layouts, and schematics

Monitor work progress and report updates to the Operations Manager

Ensure installations are carried out according to approved designs

Support quality control, site organization, and safety practices

Liaise with designers, supervisors, and subcontractors on-site

Requirements

Engineering qualification is not required

Background or training in engineering, construction, or related fields is an added advantage

Practical site experience (furniture, joinery, fit-out, or construction) is preferred

Ability to use tape measures and take accurate measurements

Ability to read basic drawings or willingness to learn

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Attention to detail and strong work ethic
