Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff management, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and maintaining high operational and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations and service delivery
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle client feedback or complaints
• Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and operational expenses
• Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and service standards
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Coordinate marketing promotions and upselling strategies
• Prepare reports on spa performance, staff productivity, and customer trends

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager, or similar role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Good understanding of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry trends
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking systems

Added Advantage

• Background in hospitality or wellness management
• Sales, marketing, or business development experience
• Experience managing a luxury or medical spa
