Job summary
We are seeking to hire a reliable and organized Store Assitant to handle inventory control and daily store operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Sales & Transactions: Operating cash registers, processing cash/card payments, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Merchandising & Stock: Unpacking deliveries, restocking shelves, labeling products, and arranging merchandise displays.
- Store Maintenance: Cleaning the sales floor, dusting, and keeping the environment organized and tidy.
- Inventory Control: Assisting with inventory management and conducting regular stock checks
Requirements:
- Communication: Friendly polite and engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift push or pull stock.
- Reliability: Punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Basic Technical Skills: Proficient in using cash registers and basic computer systems
