Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja for an Exhibition and Conference Manager. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of conferences and exhibitions, coordinating with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure event success. Responsibilities include managing budgets, organizing events, planning logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service to participants and attendees. The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Conference Management and Conference Organization
- Strong skills in Event Planning and Budgeting
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in managing large-scale events and exhibitions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in real estate or housing-related industries is an advantage
- Must be based in Abuja with minimum of 5 years working experience.
