Our ideal hire will act as the “Air Traffic Controller,” managing executive operations across two time zones, driving digital community growth, and coordinating an elite leadership program for Nigeria’s top campus leaders.
If you are a tech-savvy self-starter with a background in fellowship leadership (Exco DNA) and the operational grit to manage US-East Coast hours from Lagos, join us in building the definitive launchpad for the next generation of African innovators and tech leaders.We are moving rapidly to launch The Covenant Nation Atlanta and scale the Impact Fellows incubator in Nigeria. Led by Chika Nwobi (Founder of Decagon and Unilever Board Member), we operate at the unique intersection of spiritual leadership and professional rigor. Our mission is to scale excellence through a global campus launch focused on community growth and a premier leadership incubator designed to mentor the top 1% of Nigeria’s emerging leader
Thi role is for a tech-native builder who carries the spiritual weight of leadership and the professional rigor of a startup operator.
If hired, you will Report to: The Advisory Board (an elite Advisory Board including leadership from Decagon and McKinsey)
Compensation: Competitive salary (N300k – 800k monthly depending on experience) + Data/Power Allowance.
