Job Description
The role focuses on agent acquisition, relationship management, and driving growth in agency banking services. Key Responsibilities Identify new agency banking agents in assigned locations. Educate and onboard agents on agency banking products, processes, and compliance requirements. Drive transaction volumes and revenue through active agent engagement and support. Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent performance and resolve operational issues. Provide training and guidance to agents on sales, customer service, and product knowledge. Ensure agents comply with KYC, AML, and bank policies. Track sales performance, agent activity, and transaction reports. Promote agency banking services to potential customers and communities. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer needs. Requirements Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related field. 1 year of experience in sales, agency banking, or financial services. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
