Talent Sage Limited – Our client, a real estate company, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Track and monitor financial performance.
- Manage general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconcile accounts monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Support in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts for real estate projects.
- Record and verify transactions related to property sales, purchases, leases, and maintenance costs.
- Monitor daily cash flow and ensure smooth operation of financial processes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare for audits.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports that track key financial indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage), strong knowledge of financial principles, and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Salary
N150,00 – N200,00 per month.
