Job Description
O’La Kleen Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Client Communication: Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
2. Issue Resolution: Handling client complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and issues.
4. Team Collaboration: Working with internal teams to address client challenges and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
Education: Undergraduate (Preferred)
