Job Description
5th Wall Consulting is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Client Engagement Manager in Lagos. This full-time position offers a salary between NGN 150,00 – 250,00. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities include establishing long-term relationships, understanding client needs, maintaining communication, and resolving issues effectively. You will also manage the onboarding process for new clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications required are a degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
