Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices and guide the team through the Scrum framework to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, removing obstacles, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Successful candidates should have a proven track record in project management and Agile methodologies, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. A Scrum Master certification is preferred.
