Job Description
We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Associate at Paragone Signature & Associates Ltd. located in Lagos. This full-time position offers a target-based salary plus commissions and performance-based monthly incentives, along with health maintenance organization (HMO) benefits.
Your responsibilities will include conducting property presentations, skillfully negotiating and closing real estate transactions, and nurturing client relationships to secure repeat business. A successful track record in direct sales within the real estate sector is required, as well as strong negotiation skills and team management abilities.
