Job Description
e-Phaim Energy Limited is an innovative Renewable Energy Company focused on the design and installation of Solar Energy systems. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Garki, Abuja.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster employee relations to promote a positive work environment.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2-3 years of HR experience, and solid knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
Salary ranges from N150,00 to N180,00 per month, along with other benefits.
