Job Description
Sterling Bank Plc is seeking an OND holder to join our team as an IT Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our staff, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems and networks, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on computer systems and software.
Requirements:
- OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in IT support.
