Job Description
Supersaver Supermarket is seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide executive support to our Managing Director. The candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle communications, including calls and emails.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- Proven experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
