Job Description
Finebricks Properties and Investment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team in Lagos. This full-time on-site position involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, developing effective sales strategies, and managing the sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining customer relationships while achieving monthly sales targets of 50 million. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, proven skills in sales strategy development, team management, customer relationship management, and the ability to negotiate and close deals. Experience in real estate sales is a plus.
