Job Summary
The Customer Support Lead ensures service excellence and effective recovery from issues. This role serves as the first escalation point for delivery delays, application issues, and rider complaints, requiring strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and address support tickets and complaints
- Supervise and train support staff
- Analyze and escalate critical complaints
- Coordinate with teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain customer interaction logs and service reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant field
