SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking an experienced Production Manager with 8-10 years in manufacturing. The ideal candidate must possess a mechanical or electrical engineering background and have a proven track record in optimizing processes for enhanced efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production, develop strategies to improve workflow, lead and mentor the production team, ensure machinery maintenance, monitor KPIs and budgets, implement safety and quality measures, and collaborate across departments.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong leadership skills, and experience in production management.
