Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Data Support Analyst II to serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries. This role involves data troubleshooting, configuration management support, monitoring, reporting, bulk data loads, integration support, and ensuring data compliance with defined standards. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to resolve data issues and run data quality metrics, taking action to correct systemic problems. A professional certification is preferred, along with extensive experience in the field.
