Job Description
Jobspaddy is seeking a proactive Head of Factory Operations to join our construction team in Ibadan, Oyo State. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations, recruiting and training new workers, and collaborating with quality control managers.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in a factory. Candidates should have strong knowledge of factory equipment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary: #300,00 – #350,00 NET. Deadline: July 25, 2023.
