Job Description
JohnnieFits Apparel is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in production operations and strong leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include coordinating production activities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing safety protocols. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
