Job Description
Jollof Square seeks a Human Resource Manager to support our growing quick-service team in Sango, Ibadan. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws. Minimum 3 years HR experience, bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong communication, confidentiality, and MS Office proficiency; hospitality or QSR experience preferred.
