Job Description
Jozon Nigeria Limited, located in Ojo, Festac Axis, Lagos, seeks a proactive Assistant Operations Manager to support production, logistics, and administrative functions. You will supervise staff, monitor production schedules, implement process improvements, coordinate with procurement and quality teams, and prepare performance reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field and 3–5 years in operations or production management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; manufacturing or supply chain knowledge is a plus. Full-time, permanent, in-person role.
