Job Description
We are seeking an FTTX Support Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber-to-the-x networks, ensuring reliable connectivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include diagnosing fiber faults, performing OTDR testing, configuring and monitoring equipment, coordinating field technicians, and providing technical support to customers and internal teams.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications, proficiency with OTDR and fiber splicing, knowledge of GPON/EPON, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to work flexible hours.
