Job Description
JSK Realty LTD is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team in Abuja. You will focus on recruitment and retention strategies, manage onboarding, employee relations, and administer payroll and benefits. Compliance with labor laws and enhancing employee engagement are key expectations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of HR experience. Knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws is essential. Proficiency in HR software and excellent communication skills are required.
