Job Description
Juliesdesk Consult is hiring a Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations and support management and staff. You will align HR policies with business goals, create job descriptions and adverts, manage recruitment (screening, interviewing, selection), oversee onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, and employee records. Responsibilities include performance management, disciplinary and grievance handling, advising on employment law, conducting salary reviews and redundancy processes, promoting equality and diversity, and working with managers and unions as needed. This full-time role pays from ₦100,00/month. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational, and policy implementation skills, with experience in staff development and HR strategy.
