Job Description
Juliesdesk Consult seeks a full-time Bakery Manager to lead daily operations: supervise staff, develop recipes, manage inventory and suppliers, enforce food safety, create schedules, train staff, control costs, monitor sales, and resolve customer issues. Requirements: 2–3 years supervisory bakery experience, baking or culinary background, food safety knowledge, inventory and cost-control skills, creative product development, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, ability to lift 50 lb, and work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Salary: ₦120,00/month.
