Job Description
juliesdeskhr&consults seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to ensure consistent, compliant production. Translate client requirements into quality standards, develop inspection procedures, set raw material specs, supervise inspectors and technicians, train staff, approve or reject final outputs, maintain accurate records, perform statistical analysis, and oversee product development to detect deviations. Requires a bachelor’s degree in science or business, manufacturing experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, knowledge of QC procedures, data analysis, and legal/regulatory standards, plus excellent communication and attention to detail.
