Job Description

The PED Workshop Manager will lead daily workshop operations, supervise technicians, ensure equipment maintenance, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, manage inventory and spare parts, schedule repairs, and coordinate with engineering and suppliers to meet production goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of workshop or maintenance management experience, a technical background in mechanical or electrical systems, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with safety standards and quality control. Responsibilities include staff training, performance reviews, budget oversight, and driving continuous improvement to increase uptime and efficiency.
