Job Description
The PED Workshop Supervisor will lead daily workshop operations for pressure equipment (PED) manufacturing and maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, assigning tasks, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The supervisor trains staff, oversees inspections and testing, troubleshoots technical issues, and reports to engineering and management. Required: technical diploma or equivalent, 5+ years workshop experience, strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with PED safety standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
