Job Description

Lead finance process improvement initiatives to streamline month-end close, reporting, and controls. Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and implement automation and best practices across accounting, treasury, and FP&A. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, train stakeholders, and measure KPIs to drive cost savings, accuracy, and cycle-time reduction. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 5+ years in finance transformation or process improvement, strong Excel and ERP experience, familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement, and excellent communication and project management skills.
