Job Description
Juls Homes seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver clear, empathetic, and reliable support via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, provide accurate product and order information, resolve issues calmly, document interactions, follow up for satisfaction, and maintain product knowledge. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, have prior customer service or call center experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and comfort with CRM systems. Full-time role, competitive salary from ₦75,00/month plus sales commission, with training and advancement opportunities.
