Job Description

We’re a recycling and waste management company committed to promoting environmental sustainability. Kaltani is currently hiring Call Center Interns to support our Project Enumeration exercise by contacting individuals and organizations identified by our Enumeration Team. This internship presents a valuable opportunity to hone your communication and data management skills while contributing to an impactful sustainability initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact individuals to gather or verify recycling-related information.
• Record feedback into the company database.
• Educate respondents about our recycling programs.
• Report progress to the project coordinator.
• Maintain professionalism during calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Igbo is highly desirable.
