Karabow Construction, with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abuja (FCT). This full-time position involves managing the recruitment process, training employees, monitoring performance, and ensuring a positive work environment. Additionally, you will oversee employee health and safety, develop staff development procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a preference for candidates who hold a Master’s degree and have 7 years of experience in real estate.
