Job Description
The Restaurant Manager ensures smooth daily operations and a welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and training staff; enforcing food safety and quality standards; managing customer service and resolving complaints; scheduling and tracking labor and payroll; ordering supplies within budget; supervising front- and back-of-house shifts; controlling costs and minimizing waste; and evaluating, coaching, or disciplining team members to maintain performance.
