Job Description
Kartel Energy is seeking a skilled Solar Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform varying corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems. Responsibilities include interacting with customers professionally, conducting onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting, and providing complete documentation to clients. You will also carry out site root analysis, apply root cause analysis techniques to major and recurring faults, investigate technical failures, and prepare formal technical reports. Additionally, you will manage record keeping and spare part movements.
