Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Meet performance targets for satisfaction.
Requirements:
- B.Sc (Second Class Lower) from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must reside in or have easy access to Lekki or Oniru.
Salary: N101,00 monthly, plus incentives.
