Job Description
KCL Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic loan company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Develop HR strategies, manage the recruitment cycle, oversee performance appraisal systems, and handle employee relations. Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain accurate records.
Requirements: B.Sc./HND in HR Management or related field, 6-8 years of HR experience (3 years in a managerial role), strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR software.
Salary: N800,00 Monthly.
