Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will support management in supervising staff, coordinating departments, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hotel operations and staff activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor staff performance and enforce hotel policies
• Coordinate housekeeping, front desk, and service departments
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of hotel facilities
• Prepare daily reports and submit to management
