Job Description
Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos. Full-time on-site, Mon–Sat. Salary ₦100,00–₦150,00. Represent client satisfaction across calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Duties: respond within 2 hours, convert marketing leads, coordinate shipments and procurement with Sales & Operations, resolve complaints within 24 hours, keep CRM accurate, collect and escalate feedback, support digital engagement, nurture customer relationships, and prepare weekly reports. Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Communication, or related; minimum 2 years in logistics, procurement, or customer-facing roles; strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving skills, and CRM familiarity.
