Job Description
Kennedia Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. This full-time, hybrid role in Lagos offers ₦300,00/month. You will ensure workforce diversity, lead talent acquisition and onboarding, develop HR strategy and succession plans, analyze HR metrics, advise managers on coaching and career development, resolve employee grievances and conduct unbiased investigations, ensure legal compliance, structure compensation and benefits, and act as a change agent and single point of contact. Manage interviews, report weekly to business leaders, and recommend HR policies for continuous improvement to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Good Communication Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
