Job Description
We seek a Head of Affluent & Diaspora Banking to design and execute a strategic roadmap for the bank’s affluent and diaspora segments. You will identify market opportunities, define segment-specific products and campaigns, lead partnerships with international banks and diaspora organizations, set measurable growth objectives, and collaborate across business units. Accountable for P&L and balance sheet targets, you will drive customer acquisition, deposits, assets under management (AUM), and fee income while ensuring profitability and risk alignment. Full-time. Pay: ₦3,00,00–₦5,00,00 per month. Work location: On the road.
