Job Description

Role Summary

○ The objective of the M&E Officer position is to provide inputs to and oversight for the company projects planning, evaluation, knowledge management and monitoring. S/he will identify and monitor performance indicators, develop quality assurance strategies, train employees, and ensure all program aspects comply with set requirements.

Responsibilities

○ Develop and implement a robust M&E plan in line with company objectives.

○ Conduct a quarterly review of project reports for accuracy and provide recommendations to improve performance and follow through to ensure recommendations are implemented.

○ Coordinate day-to-day technical preparations, implementation, and evaluation of operations as needed.

○ Support, and as appropriate lead, the documentation of operational research and lessons learned from the project and activities completed.

○ Support the dissemination of lessons learned to concerned stakeholders at periodic reviews and through the L&D function.

○ Ensure that the project implementation complies with M&E guidelines and strategic initiatives.

○ Prepare Progress Status Updates reports in collaboration with other staff for submission to management.

○ Coordinate scheduled data quality audits to ensure the integrity of data submitted.

○ Develop a comprehensive reporting framework with provisions for rigorous impact assessment

○ Report on and analyse complaints, non-conformances and ensure non-conformances, accidents, and near-misses are documented, investigated, and effective corrective actions identified and implemented.

○ Schedule and carry out QHSE risk assessments and internal audits.

○ Attend required Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Committee meetings.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

● Bachelors Degree in Engineering, statistics, economics, etc.

● 2-3 years experience in project management or M&E.

● Demonstrated expertise developing and managing project M&E systems, including data quality control and analysis

● Demonstrated experience in survey design, implementation, analysis, and report-writing

● Excellent use of Microsoft suites such as Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other visual analytical software such as PowerBi, Tableau.

● Experience in using ICT solutions for M&E activities (survey programming, etc.)

● Excellent analytical, presentation, communication skills, and report writing skills.

● Experience in facilitation of discussions and workshops

● 2-3 years QHSE work experience.

● Relevant QHSE certifications (or in-view)

● Knowledge of ISO9001 (Quality), IS

Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
