Job Description

  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive office environment.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff or management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and courier services.
  • Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
  • Support procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support to different departments.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
