Job Description
Role Summary
This role is responsible for owning and integrating Talent Development and Performance Management across Century Group. The focus is not training for training’s sake, but measurable capability improvement, disciplined performance outcomes, and strong linkage between people performance and business results.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development
Lead Group-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using PMS data, competency gaps, and business priorities.
Design and execute annual learning plans covering technical, leadership, compliance, and behavioural capability.
Manage L&D vendors, ensuring quality delivery and value for money.
Oversee LMS administration, learning records, and compliance tracking.
Conduct training impact and ROI assessments, not just attendance reporting.
Manage the L&D budget responsibly.
Performance Management
Own the Performance Management System (PMS) including JD alignment, KPI setting, and cascading.
Manage the full PMS cycle in line with the approved calendar.
Produce PMS dashboards, analytics, and management reports.
Translate PMS outcomes into training plans, rewards, sanctions, and performance improvement actions.
Ensure strong linkage between individual, departmental, and organisational performance.
