Job Description
Kennedy Consulting is seeking a dedicated Retail First Level Technical Assistance Centre Engineer to provide first-level off-site technical support for all ipNX services, including Internet, Voice, and Connected Home/Office solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective incident management and timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Proactively monitor network elements and resolve issues within SLAs.
- Communicate with clients regarding updates and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc/B.Eng in related fields; CCNA, CCNP certifications desired.
- Experience in IP network operations and excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to ₦306,00.00 per month
